Notify your property manager that you’d like to participate. They will provide an Owner Acknowledgment Agreement for you to review and sign.

Approval

Approval is based on your property and tenant payment history — not your credit score. Tenant must be current on rent with an active long-term lease (12+ months).

Funded

Receive your cash in as little as 24–48 hours after approval. Use it for anything — repairs, a new acquisition, portfolio improvements, or personal needs. No restrictions.

Repayment

Your property manager collects rent from the tenant as usual and remits those payments to Ryse for the number of months advanced. No action needed from you.

Who is eligible for the Ryse Advance?

Owners of single-family rental properties managed by RPM Peace. The property must have an active lease with a current, paying tenant on a long-term lease of 12 months or more.

Is this a loan? Does it affect my credit?

No — the Ryse Advance is not a loan and does not appear as debt on your balance sheet. There is no hard or soft credit pull, so your credit score is completely unaffected.

Will my tenant know about this? Does it affect them?

No. Your tenant continues paying rent exactly as before. Nothing changes for them — the only difference is that your property manager remits those payments to Ryse instead of directly to you for the advanced months.

What can I use the cash for?

There are no restrictions. Common uses include home improvements, acquiring a new property, fixing up another unit, covering personal expenses, or building reserves. The funds are entirely yours to use as you see fit.

What happens if the tenant doesn't pay rent?

You are only responsible for remitting rent that is actually collected. If the tenant fails to pay and all standard collection and legal steps have been exhausted, you are not personally responsible for that month’s repayment. Ryse may extend the repayment term to be recovered from a future tenant.

What if rent is paid late or comes from another source?

Regardless of source — whether from the tenant directly, a guarantor, or a security deposit — those rent collections should be remitted to Ryse as they are received.
